Appraisals
for relocation purposes are available for the Howard County area
only. Relocation appraisals include all required inspections,
estimates of repair
costs, verification of all cited sales, both
interior and exterior photographs of
subject property, as well
as exterior photographs of comparables and sales.
These appraisals
contain analyses of recently settled sales as well as currently
listed competing properties. All relocation appraisals are completed
on standard relocation forms unless otherwise instructed. Turnaround
time is no later than five
days after inspection.
