he success of Pittman Appraisal Services is tied directly to your continuing

all of your residential appraisal needs.

We guarantee timely, responsive, and thorough performance in
all assignments.

Lender assignments can include single family dwellings, single unit investment
properties, PUDs, condominiums, and new construction (including construction/perm complete with construction draw inspections as well as Satisfactory Completion
Certificates). Pittman Appraisal Services specializes in single family residential
properties, and does not accept appraisal orders for multifamily dwellings.

Appraisal Status Reports

You are always kept up to date on the status of the appraisal process. A receipt is
sent to your office at the time the appraisal request is made, followed by an update
informing you of the date and time scheduled for inspection.

Timely Completion of Appraisals

Turnaround time for completion of appraisals after inspection is no more than 72
hours during the business week; 24 hours turnaround time is a goal sought for all
appraisals.

Data Sources

We use up-to-date computerized databases that hold all of the sales recorded in
the public records in our service areas. Metropolitan Regional Information Systems
(MLS Service) is utilized on every appraisal ordered or completed. Other
information sources include company appraisal files, extensive builder files with subdivision data and floor plans, FEMA Flood Plain Maps for all areas covered,
Census Tract data, as well as Marshall & Swift Residential Cost Service.
