You are always kept up to date on the status
of the appraisal process. A receipt is
sent to your office at the time the appraisal request is made, followed by an update
informing you of the date and time scheduled for inspection.
Timely Completion of Appraisals

Turnaround
time for completion of appraisals after inspection is no more than 72
hours during the business week; 24 hours turnaround time is a goal sought for all
appraisals.

use up-to-date computerized databases that hold all of the sales
recorded in
the public records in our service areas. Metropolitan
Regional Information Systems
(MLS Service) is utilized on every
appraisal ordered or completed. Other
information sources include
company appraisal files, extensive builder files with subdivision
data and floor plans, FEMA Flood Plain Maps for all areas covered,
Census Tract data, as well as Marshall & Swift Residential
Cost Service.
